We offer a wide selection of apartments, metric area starting at 41 m2, ending up to 70 m2. The premises are deposited in a developer. Each apartment will have a parking place on the estate. The general contractor of the investment is the developer JAKON from Tarnow Podgórne.Developer status housing includes doors, heating system - radiators and pin wiring and water and sewage prepared for assembly fittings. The common parts will be finished. In the future, we plan to expand settlements. The target is to be built 14 multifamily buildings after 23 spacious and comfortable apartments in each.
